The location of this hotel was convenient, as it was just a short distance from the central train station and the port. it was only a couple of minutes away from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and polite, making both check-in and check-out hassle-free. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable double bed upstairs and a lounge, kitchen, and bathroom area downstairs. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

Convenient location for train station and port. No front desk, meet on a scooter. 4 keys required for room access. Broken lock on 4th floor. Stayed in room to avoid being locked out.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel in a district of Naples that didn't have the best reputation. The location was quite convenient, as it was close to the train station and within the city center. The room itself was spacious and had a tiny but classy balcony, which added a nice touch. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with a little kitchen hidden within a closet, allowing for some self-catering options. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, breakfast was provided and served in the room, making it a convenient way to start the day.
